Here are a few shots of my table from the show. I sold a few things and met a lot of great people. As you can see, my cousin Melissa stopped by to hang out with me for a little while. Her daughter Amanda and Amanda's boyfriend Matt were also there. It was great to see them all.
I had the pleasure of seeing
Ghoultown perform. I also caught part of
Psychocharger's set. Both were killer. Really diggin' Psychocharger's CD.
Overall the show was good for networking but not for sales. It's always good to show my work to those who've not seen it before. I was disappointed that more of the celebrities didn't find time to walk through the vendor room. I think the only celebrity (beyond the bands performing) that I got to see was
Bill Hinzman. He introduced Ghoultown and then was cool enough to hang out for a few minutes and take photos with a few people in the audience. I didn't respond quickly enough to get a shot with him myself unfortunately. Hopefully I won't be so brain dead next time.
I picked up prints from my new friend
Dirk Strangely and pendants from the incredibly talented and cool
Zombie Head. Check 'em out. You'll dig 'em too!
All the best!
