Man-Thing v Vision - pencils

These pencils aren't as tight as what I'd do if I were dishing this off to someone else to ink ... but because I'm going to ink this piece myself and have a good idea of what I'm wanting, I can get away with doing what I've done here. You'll see that I didn't bother cleaning up a lot of my early "sketchyness" ... again, it's because I'm going to ink it myself. I'll also colorize this after the inking is completed. This was pieced together with 2 scans hence the obvious dark vs. light band on the left side of the piece.

I wouldn't typically use an entire 14"x17" piece of bristol for something like this. I'd normally rule out a 10"x15" area and work within that. Guess the stars were in just the right place or something. Anyway, here's the initial pencil drawing that I'll be inking sometime soon. By the way, I'm not in love with the way I drew Man-Thing's hands (the one to the right mostly) so will be giving them some extra attention when I start inking.
